By a pair of 3-2 votes, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors have voted to endorse the Proposition 30 tax increase and to oppose Proposition 32, which would, among other things, prohibit unions from contributing to state and local candidates. Supervisors Michael D. Antonovich and Don Knabe were the dissenting votes on both motions Tuesday.
