I would have watched the debate (Wednesday) night, except that would have gone against a promise I made to myself: to never listen to anything that skinny lawyer ever has to say again.

I’m pretty sure I didn’t miss a piece of American history that will go down in the history books. I don’t intend to listen to any others, unless the Secret Service comes here armed and threatens me with jail time.

I glanced at The Signal’s report on it and decided not to read anything about it, either.

I’m interested in politics and I go along with the premise all politics are local. We appear to be very lucky here in the fact that no matter who we elect, they appear almost competent.

But for America, not so much. I still think the national election was fixed.

We should have elected John Wayne back in the day!
