Seth M. Goldberg

Army National Guard Lt. Col. Seth M. Goldberg has graduated from the U.S. Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, Carlisle, Pa., and earned a master’s degree in Strategic Studies. The college is the Army’s senior educational institution.

The 10-month curriculum of the Army’s senior officer school is designed to prepare and train officers of all the U.S. military branches of service, foreign military officers, as well as civilian officials of federal agencies, to serve in top-level command and staff positions with the U.S. Armed Forces.

Goldberg is the assistant operations officer assigned to the 40th Infantry Division at Los Alamitos. The lieutenant colonel has served in the military for 27 years. He is a resident of Valencia. When not on active duty, Goldberg is a lawyer for the Law Offices of Seth M. Goldberg.

He is the son of Nathan and Marilyn C. Goldberg of Santa Clarita. His wife, Rebecca J. Goldberg, is the daughter of Joan Russell of Flushing, Mich. Goldberg graduated in 1982 from Beverly Hills High School, Calif., and received a bachelor’s degree in 1987 from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He also earned a juris doctor in 1991 from the University of Laverne College of Law.
