‘Catch a Special Thrill’ event at Castaic Lake |

The California Department of Water Resources and the “Catch a Special Thrill” For Kids Foundation (CAST) are partnering to hold a fishing event for 57 special-needs youth beginning at 8 a.m. Saturday at Castaic Lake Lagoon. CAST is a national non-profit organization that works with local agencies to stage such events around the nation. For more information, contact Kathy Simmons at 661-294-0219.
