Jazz festival draws 1,700 attendees |

Saturday’s second annual Jazz and Blues Festival, put on by Ultimate Promotions LLC at the Valencia Country Club, attracted a crowd of 1,741, according to John Heys, a spokesman for Ultimate Promotions. Heys said the event would have likely attracted a larger crowd were it not for Carmageddon limiting the travel plans of potential attendees.
