Three men robbed two women at gunpoint in Canyon Country on Friday morning, according to sheriff’s officials.

The robbery took place around 6:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the Travelodge on Sierra Highway, according to Sgt. Rich Cohen of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

Sheriff’s deputies were unable to confirm the value of the cash and jewelry taken from the women, according to officials.

No one was hurt in the robbery, which is still under investigation.
