TUSTIN, Calif. (AP) — Fire officials in Orange County say a small wildfire has burned about five acres in an unincorporated area east of Tustin, but it's not threatening homes yet.

Orange County Fire Authority spokeswoman Lynnette Round says more than 60 firefighters were dispatched at about 4:15 p.m. Thursday to the fire burning near the intersection of Santiago Canyon Road and the State Route 241 toll road.

The department is using two helicopters and has requested planes for water drops on the flames.
