A special mortgage assistance event for Bank of America homeowners is being held in Valencia on Oct. 2 and Oct. 3 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Valencia hotel.

For those in need of assistance with their mortgage, homeowners can meet face-to-face with Bank of America specialists at the Hyatt to review their current situation and any loan options that may be available to them. Also on-site will be a nonprofit group to assist with financial counseling and budgeting needs. Homeowners are strongly encouraged to bring completed documentation to receive the best possible solution, a spokesman said.
