	Firefighters with the Los Angeles County Fire Department used axes and a chain saw to get into the attic. The fire was promptly extinguished, and no one was reported hurt.

An attic fire inside a Saugus house prompted swift response from firefighters Tuesday.

About 3:15 p.m., firefighters with the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to reports of fire coming from the roof of a house on Barcotta Drive near Renwick Court, east of Seco Canyon Road, one fire captain told The Signal.

Firefighters used axes and a chainsaw to get into the attic.

The fire was promptly extinguished, and no one was reported hurt.
