Angelica Daus, of Valencia, received a Master of Public and Nonprofit Administration from Metropolitan State University during its 90th commencement ceremony. Metropolitan State University, a member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system is the only state university in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
