3 killed as car slams into Studio City pizzeria |

STUDIO CITY (AP) — Authorities say a car has crashed into a pizzeria in Studio City, killing three people and triggering a blaze. Sgt. Donald Kelly says the crash happened at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday. The three died instantly. Kelly says the BMW ran off the road and hit Reno's Pizzeria on Ventura Boulevard. It's not immediately clear what caused the driver to crash. The blaze took more than 20 minutes to extinguish.
