Local narcotics detectives seized a veritable forest of marijuana Thursday when they raided a location in Agua Dulce, sheriff’s officials said.
“All I can say is they were really big plants,” Detective Scott Schulze said of the haul.
Narcotics detectives broke up the marijuana-growing operation on Windrush Road in Agua Dulce, seizing 128 plants that were about 8 feet tall, Schulze said.
In all, detectives bagged 850 pounds of confiscated marijuana.
One person was in custody facing drug charges, he said.
