As a Jew, a Holocaust survivor, a journalist and a former press officer at the Consulate General of Israel in New York, I vehemently condemn and decry the slaughter of innocent civilians in Gaza by the Israeli Defense Forces.

I am nauseated by this act of barbarism.

Shame on the government of P.M. Ehud Olmert; shame on Israel.
