Via Princessa extension meetings Thursday and Friday

The city of Santa Clarita will hold two meetings to gather feedback and give information on the Via Princessa East extension project, a proposed roadway that will extend from Rainbow Glen Drive to Golden Valley Road.

The major arterial highway will include six lanes, sidewalks and a bike path.

A draft environmental impact report is available for public review through Oct. 15 at the City Hall permit center, the Valencia and Canyon Country library branches and online at santa-clarita.com.

The city will host meetings Thursday and Friday at 6 p.m. in the Century Room at City Hall.
