In my personal opinion, I wish to say I am sick of city, county, state and federal governments wasting my tax dollars on cleanups.

If these people want to occupy this or that space, make them clean it up — or lock them in jail, 15 to a cell for a week, so they appreciate their rights to be, first, a human being, and second, in my country.

Oh yes, I realize you have rights — but not to act like animals we need to clean up after, busing your garbage.
