	Magic Mountain tests the countdown to the New Year on the Sky Tower Monday night. On Wednesday the countdown to 2009 begins at the Rock N' Ride New Year's Eve Party. On Wednesday the countdown to 2009 begins at the Rock N' Ride New Year's Eve Party.

The event is an alcohol-free, family-oriented party of rides, music, dancing and more. Sponsors include the city of Santa Clarita, Coca-Cola and The Signal.

Tickets are $25 and are for sale at The Signal's offices, 24000 Creekside, on Auto Row in Valencia.
