Advertising Professionals Association is accepting entries for its advertising, graphic design and related creative fields competition.

The annual Advertising Professionals Association, ADDY Awards Competition recognizes creativity from the Santa Clarita, San Fernando and Antelope valleys.

Categories for the competition range from sales promotion, direct marketing, newspaper, mixed media and public service.

Officials will announce ADDY Award winners during a dinner March 15 at the Odyssey Restaurant in Granada Hills.

To be eligible for consideration, all work must be published or aired between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2008.
All entries must be received by Jan. 30, 2009.

The competition is sponsored by ADPROS.

Proceeds from the ADDY Awards help support educational programs, public service projects and proactive government relations efforts.
