A Valencia mother of three had a one-in-three shot of winning $250,000 on “The Glass House,” but she did not succeed in her quest for reality TV stardom, according to the final broadcast of the show Monday night.

Andrea Clark, a finalist on ABC’s show “The Glass House,” had survived 11 elimination-round cuts by television voters and was one of only three surviving contestants scheduled to appear on Monday’s show, which revealed the winner, Kevin Braun, of Toledo, Ohio.

Clark’s husband, Kris Clark, said before the show aired that he’s happy that his wife will finally be allowed to come home Tuesday after being gone due to the show for 12 weeks.

“The worst part of the competition is just the time away,” Kris Clark said. “I miss her like crazy.”

The Clarks have been married for 11 years, and Kris Clark said they’ve never been apart for more than a couple of weeks from the time they met. He had to celebrate their 11-year wedding anniversary apart from her, he said.

Because of her absence, Kris Clark said, he respects his wife more than ever.

“Regardless what happens, what this does for our family is so much more than what $250,000 could buy,” Kris Clark said before the show aired.

Kris and Andrea Clark are planning to go on a getaway after she returns home and will later take a family vacation with their three children.

“The Glass House” pits 14 contestants against each other, living and competing for a quarter-million dollars in a totally wired, state-of-the-art house. Voters determine which contestants are sent home and also which eliminated players will earn the chance to return to “The Glass House” to compete each week.
