Sheriff’s deputies were searching for a car that was stolen at Canyon High School on Monday after the owner, who was delivering things to the school, left the keys inside the open trunk.

The driver was loading and unloading items from the trunk of his car when he returned from one unloading trip to find the car stolen, a local sheriff’s sergeant said.

The white Honda was taken shortly before 10:30 a.m. and was still missing at 5:30 p.m.
