Report released for Via Princessa extension

A plan to extend Via Princessa from Rainbow Glen Drive to Golden Valley Road in Canyon Country is now available for public review.

The draft Environmental Impact Report was released Thursday and is available at http://www.santa-clarita.com/index.aspx?page=891.

Residents can also view hard copies at libraries in Valencia, 23743 Valencia Blvd., and Canyon Country, 18601 Soledad Canyon Road. They can also view copies at the Planning Division at Santa Clarita City Hall, 23920 Valencia Blvd.

Residents have 60 days to comment on the project. Public meetings are scheduled Sept. 6 and Sept. 27 at 6 p.m. in the Century Room at City Hall.
