A Commercial Real Estate Roundtable is scheduled for Aug. 23 by the Southland Regional Association of Realtors.

The event is free to those who pre-register. The Roundtable includes two main sessions: the first on commercial real estate and the second panel on split tax roll, community development agency and the impact of mass transportation on commercial real estate.

The event, for the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley divisions of the trade organization is being held at SRAR’s auditorium in Van Nuys and runs from 8 a.m. to noon. Breakfast will be served.
