Incoming 2009 chairman Randy Moberg discussed his vision for the new year.
"(The association's) vision for 2009 is simple: We will focus only on those things that support our mission statement and bring true value to our members," he said.
As an organization that represents business interests throughout the valley, the association's mission is to provide solutions for business success through information, education, networking and advocacy, according to information provided by the association.
"While 2009 promises to be a challenging year for all of us, it also presents some great opportunities to bring our local business community together and make it even stronger than it is now," Moberg said.
