Cody Ray

Air Force Airman Cody Ray graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Ray is the son of Jon Ray of The Old Road, Castaic and grandson of Phyllis Ray of New Hope Road, Grants Pass, Ore.

He is a 2010 graduate of West Ranch High School, Stevenson Ranch.
