Deputies from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station made three DUI arrests at a checkpoint Friday night, according to a Sheriff’s Department news release.

Officials screened 923 vehicles at their Whites Canyon Road checkpoint, near Delight Street, in Canyon Country.

Deputies administered three field sobriety tests, cited 10 unlicensed drivers and towed four vehicles.

The checkpoint took place from 6 p.m to 2 a.m. Sheriff’s Station officials’ next checkpoint is tentatively scheduled for Aug. 3, according to the release.
