California’s unemployment rate dropped to 10.7 percent in June compared to 10.8 percent in May, the Employment Development Department reported today. In Los Angeles County, the unemployment rate stood at 11.1 percent in June. Nationwide, unemployment stood at 8.2 percent for June.
