I don't think Mr. and Mrs. Zada should blame The Signal (Nov. 20) for young people not wearing helmets at the skate park. I am glad they put that picture in the paper so people realize this is going on.

I don't know who is in charge, the city or some other organization, but I go there every month to meetings, and I have only seen one very young person wearing a helmet once.

There is no one overlooking this park and no rules enforced.

Maybe it takes a picture to make things happen before tragedy strikes.
