A man was airlifted to Henry Mayo Memorial Hospital from Gorman just after 11 a.m. today to be treated for injuries suffered during a motorcycle crash.

"He may have broken ribs and a broken humerus," a Fire Department official said. "We've got morphine on the helicopter."

The crash took place at Quail Canyon Road Motocross track on the 36000 block of Quail Canyon Road, the official said.
