A local family has organized a Bingo fundraiser at 7 p.m. Thursday to raise money for leukemia research in honor of their son, Paul Hammons, who is 22 years old and was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form for leukemia. Be The Match, a nonprofit organization, will also be on site to test people interested in donating bone marrow.
