Deputies arrested one man Wednesday after finding heroin residue in his truck in Valencia. The deputies contacted the suspect near 5 p.m. on Wednesday after responding to a report of someone seen slumped over the steering wheel of a car parked near Lyons Avenue and Old Orchard Road, a sheriff’s official said. Deputies found heroin residue in the truck. |
