LOS ANGELES (AP) - A $50,000 reward is being offered to find a killer who gunned down a Los Angeles youth pastor outside his mother's home.
The city reward was offered Thursday morning for information on the Monday night attack that killed 23-year-old Oscar Duncan in Venice.
Police say Duncan and his girlfriend had returned from Bible study and were standing in front of his mother's home when a car pulled up, some comments were made and a shot was fired, hitting Duncan in the head.
Investigators believe the shooting was gang-related but they say Duncan had no gang ties.
The former high school football captain was a youth pastor at Greater Zion Church in Compton.
