Mayor Bob Kellar will install the Valley Industrial Assocation's 2009 Board of Directors at the next luncheon at 11:45 a.m. Dec. 16 at the Hyatt Valencia.

Six incumbents won three-year terms in last month's election. Kellar will officiate the swearing in of new and returning members.

The business luncheon is open to the public. Cost is $40 for Association members and $50 for non-members. Reservations should be received by Thursday.
