A funeral mass for a popular Santa Clarita Valley Catholic priest is scheduled for 7 p.m. Sunday at Saint Clare Catholic Church in Canyon Country. The Rev. Monsignor Edmond M. Renehan, who served Santa Clarita Valley Catholic churches for 25 years and founded St. Clare in Canyon Country, died of cancer Sunday. He was 78. The mass will follow a 6:30 p.m. Rosary at the church. The church is located at 19606 Calla Way in Canyon Country. |
