The local chapters of the Human Rights Watch Student Task Force and the Santa Clarita Public Library will lead a discussion at 6:30 p.m. Thursday night at Valencia Library on the task force's efforts to establish a Human Rights Mobile Library for Darfuri refugee children living in camps Djabal and Goz Amer in the eastern region of Chad, Africa.

The community will be able to view a collection of local student art work depicting children's rights. The library is located at 23743 W. Valencia Blvd.
