More than 400 people enjoyed a free Thanksgiving dinner at the Santa Clarita Community Center Tuesday.

Families lined up for turkey and listened to violin music played by local elementary school children as they gave thanks.

Parkway Supercenters was the event's sponsor and giving back was a way to say thanks to their customers, said Bob Bakshi, Parkway Supercenter general manager.
