About 40 Pinecrest School Valencia students took part in the school’s annual science fair on March 23. A total of 41 students in grades 3, 4 and 5 participated in the fair and about a dozen students took home medals. The winning projects focused on plants, engineering, physics, temperature, solar energy, dental hygiene and the five senses.
