Anthony Cammon make All-America team

Senior TMC guard leads is among NAIA's best

The Master’s College guard Anthony Cammon was named to the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Division I Men’s Basketball All-America team.

The senior was named an honorable mention after leading the Mustangs in scoring, assists, steals, points and free-throw percentage this season.

Cammon, who was one of just two players on the team to start all 36 of the Mustangs’ games, scored 15.2 points per game, had 130 assists and shot 88 percent from the free-throw stripe.

Cammon recorded 62 steals on the season and accounted for 546 total points.

He becomes the first TMC player to be named to the All-America team since Ryan Zamroz in 2009.

Cammon helped lead he Mustangs to the National Christian College Athletic Association national tournament in Winona Lake, Ind. and finished with a 20-16 record this season.
