‘Mama Mia’ rocks Pantages

Popular ABBA musical returns for limited run

Stephanie Barnum, who plays Sophie's best friend Ali, said it is a thrill for her to be part of one of the most popular musicals of all time, "Mama Mia."

‘Mama" Mia" will return to the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood for a limited two week engagement March 27 - April 8.
"I've always loved ‘Mamma Mia' and to be onstage in the show is a dream come true," said Barnum.

Leading the cast of 30 is Kaye Tuckerman as Donna Sheridan, the independent single mother whose carefree past catches up with her on the eve of her daughter's wedding. Bride-to-be Sophie Sheridan is played by Chloe Tucker; her fiancé Sky is played by Happy Mahaney.

Mary Callanan and Alison Ewing play Donna's best friends and former back-up band, Rosie and Tanya, (respectively) who reunite with their best friend on the island for Sophie's wedding. The three men from Donna's past and Sophie's possible dads are Christian Wheelan (Sam Carmichael), John-Michael Zuerlein (Bill Austin), and Paul DeBoy (Harry Bright). Sophie's & Sky's best friends are played by Stephanie Barnum (Ali), Elena Marisa Flores (Lisa), Ethan Le Phong (Pepper) and James Michael Lambert (Eddie).

"Mamma Mia!"'s ensemble features Jeff Applegate, Justin Berkobien, Julius Chase, Jeff Diebold, Eileen Faxas, Thomasina E. Gross, Alyson Lange, Marlene Martinez, Brian Ray Norris, Elana Ricardo, Christopher Sergeeff, Jennifer Swiderski, Travis Taber and Michelle Weissgerber.

The current North American Tour has played over 3,700 performances in over 150 cities with 145 repeat visits.
