I dropped off a tire for a flat repair at Grand American Tire and was told I could pick it up on Monday.

I stopped by on Monday in the afternoon and it was not done yet. I waited for about 10 minutes and it was ready to go.

When I asked him for a bill he refused and said he should have had it done earlier and would not let me pay.

Pretty nice, considering he made no promise as to when it would be done on Monday. When I need my next set of tires I know where I will go.
