Talk show host Bill Handel thanked The Signal Monday morning for the newspaper's reporting on the Jeremiah Lasater suicide.

Handel during his morning show on Los Angeles radio station KFI 640 AM interviewed Jeff Lasater, Jeremiah Lasater's father.

Handel asked Jeff Lasater about the tragedy and Project 51, a bullying hotline designed to help people cope with bullying and hold schools accountable for combating bullies.

KFI posted The Signal's article from Nov. 6 called "Father of teen who killed self speaks out."
