Driving around town, running errands the past few weeks, you would never know the hands-free cell phone law went into effect.
I see at least 10 people on every trip around town blatantly holding their cell phones up to their ears.
You can tell when you get behind or near someone holding a phone to their ear. They are tapping their brakes, weaving a little in their lanes and not paying attention to signals.
It's scary out there. Hopefully the deputies start writing more citations.
