I think that the Valencia Public Library should be redone. The library is a great place to get books, especially in the bad economic times we are having.

But the library needs to have a more welcoming presence.

It is competing with Barnes & Noble, which is right by it. The actual book stores have coffee shops and higher-end things so people would rather go there. We do not understand how nice it is to get a free book because people do not bother to even go inside; this is because it is not welcoming.

Also, you have printed many articles in The Signal about how Newhall is getting its library redone. What about Valencia?

Therefore, I think that we should give the Valencia Library an update.
