Schools celebrate Red Ribbon Week

Students sign pledges to be drug-free to celebrate Red Ribbon Week.

 


Local Santa Clarita Valley schools celebrated Red Ribbon Week in October.

At Skyblue Mesa Elementary School, students signed pledges to be drug-free and made red stars sharing what they do instead of drugs. The school also organized a “garden of pledges” to remind students to stay off drugs.

At Golden Oak Community School, students made banners and organized a Red Ribbon parade through their Canyon Country campus.
