Friendly Valley service
What: Pastor Stan Fix at the Friendly Valley Community Church (United Methodist) will host the Friendly Valley Interfaith Thanksgiving Service for persons of all faiths. The service will include a message by Pastor Olin Mayfield of St. Clare Catholic Church. Rabbi Hauss and the Jewish community will bring Hebrew Psalms and musical selections. Native American Culture will be represented. Friendly Valley Community Choir will sing. Catie Coots, Santa Barbara District Superintendent, will bring a greeting from UMC. Please bring canned food donations for The Church of Hope Food Pantry. An offering will be received for the SCV Emergency Winter Shelter.
