Rancho Pico raises awareness

In honor of October’s Breast Cancer Awareness month, Rancho Pico Junior High School students organized “Pink Day” on Oct. 20. Students were encouraged to wear pink shirts and during lunchtime, the kids created a human pink ribbon in the outdoor quad. Students dressed in pink to show their support for helping to find a cure for breast cancer.
