Girl Scouts create Red Ribbon Week banner

Santa Clarita Girl Scout Troop 7392 members created a Red Ribbon Week banner at Santa Clarita Elementary. The girls are, from left: Victoria Hodge, Remi Green, Clarissa Penner, Kathleen Callier, Jessie Chauncey, Sydnie Kapp, Emilee Langley, Cassandra Reano and Jaclyn Bogdan.

 
Santa Clarita Girl Scout Troop 7392 created a Red Ribbon Week banner raising awareness of drug, tobacco and alcohol abuse and showing how to be a good citizen.

They initially sketched up ideas then combined them all onto the banner.

The banner now hangs outside Santa Clarita Elementary School.
