Sheriff's deputies are looking for three men in connection with an early morning robbery at a convenience store.

Shortly after 6 a.m., at least two of the men entered a Ridgeline Grocery store on Sierra Highway north of Soledad Canyon Road and stole an estimated 9,000 packs of cigarettes, said Lt. Joe Efflandt of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station.

A third man reportedly waited outside near a white van.

"They apparently used fear and the threat of a handgun," Efflandt said, adding a robbers used a "simulated handgun" during the robbery.

No one was hurt in the incident.

Suspects also reportedly stole "several hundred dollars worth of candy bars" and some water, Efflandt said.

Deputies are looking for a white van, possibly a Dodge.
