For the 16th year in a row, Legacy Christian Academy students rank in the top 10 percentile nationally in the reading and math portions of the SAT-10 test, school officials said.

“We meet and surpass the California standards at every grade level.” Director of Education Donna Borruel said.

The Stanford Achievement Test is used nationwide to assess students from kindergarten through high school.

Legacy students far exceed the national average, ranking 92 percent on math, 89 percent for reading and 91 percent for language.

“At Legacy, we provide a rigorous and comprehensive preparatory education,” Borruel said. “Our curriculum is well-rounded and accelerated; we challenge students to develop their God-given talents and become effective communicators, critical thinkers, active learners and community servants.”
