An absent judge and lawyers with busy schedules led to another continuance of the pre-trial hearing for former Golden Valley High School counselor Roselyn Hubbell. Judge Lloyd Nash, filling in for Judge Harold Vites on Wednesday, granted the request for rescheduling the pretrial to Nov. 19. Hubbell pleaded not guilty to charges of one misdemeanor count of annoying or molesting a child under the age of 18.

Deputies arrested the former Hart district employee in June while she attempted to check into a hotel with a minor. She is also under investigation for an inappropriate relationship with another minor.
