I’ve heard John McCain doesn’t know how many houses he has. I’m pretty sure it’s his wife who takes care of that kind of business.
I’m kind of in the same situation. My wife takes care of all the money transactions. So I asked her if our money is safe.
She said it’s as safe as she can make it, whatever that is. With everything failing, it makes me wonder!
We’ve already lost one-quarter of our nest egg, and we’re too old to acquire another one. Already retired!
It makes me wish we’d turned it all into Krugerrands and stuffed it under the bed.
