A man cycles past “The Everchanging Wall,” a mural project of The ARTree Community Arts Center, on a building along Railroad Avenue at Ninth Street in Newhall on Monday.

Local teenagers photographed children from the Newhall Community Center, Boys & Girls Club and other organizations, and applied the mural with the help of The ARTree staff, according to the center’s website.
